Just finished Thing #8, #9, and #10 of this weeks assignments. Found it very interesting, although a bit confusing. I had used this quite some time ago, but had not repeated it enough to be comfortable with it. Again, like all the other "learning" items we are doing, finding the time to do them on a daily basis will be my biggest challenge.

Once you become more familiar with them they are less time consuming, but even if you may not find a use for them in your day-to-day it is good to brush up on them once in a while to be able to explain them to patrons.
